DAILY POWER ANIMAL
Hummingbird spirit | Don’t give in to worry or sorrow.

Sorrow and worry have no place in your life today, as Hummingbird’s message is one of absolute joy. Hummer’s darting movements, flashes of brilliant reds and greens, and unmistakable whirr are all guaranteed to bring a smile to the face of even the dourest among us. If life has been difficult of late, know that joy is whirring your way.
The hummingbird symbolizes joy, healing, happiness, and good fortune. It’s no surprise that the symbolism and meaning of hummingbirds are important to people all over the world. Just as hummingbird spirit is a sacred totem for many. Despite being tiny creatures, hummingbirds are always glowing with strong, positive energy.
Hummingbird symbolism and meaning vary in different cultures, and they can mean different things to individuals on a personal level. However, here are some universal hummingbird meanings for people around the world: joy, healing, beauty, and good luck.
The hummingbird is always surrounded by flowers. In a sublime, harmonious partnership, the hummingbird gets nectar from the flower and in return the little creature pollinates them, prolonging their vigor. That is why the hummingbird is a symbol of health, healing, and vitality.
The hummingbird spirit reminds you to be aware of what you seek for stimulation and sustenance, be it food, substances, hobbies, or relationships. Is it a truly symbiotic, balanced, and mutually healthy relationship? If not, be like a hummingbird and move on quickly. Keep in mind that balance is crucial in your life. You just have to be willing to leave the unhealthy situations to find the ones that nourish you. The hummingbird is also a popular bird and a symbol of good luck for many. These nectar-drinking birds are reminiscent of life, – the sweet living. Life can be hard – but the hummingbird, with its lively, nourishing presence, reminds us to focus on the blessings of life. The hummingbird spirit reminds you that happiness comes to you when you are receptive and open to the wonders of life.
Despite being tiny, hummingbirds stand out because they come in vibrant jewel-like colors. They are also associated with the colorful flowers from which they get nectar. Because of this, hummingbirds are symbols of vibrancy and diversity. The spirit of the hummingbird reminds us to welcome diversity into our lives and to honor the richness of colorfulness and joyous life. Too much routine can drag us down and put things on autopilot so it might cause a disturbance in self-development. The hummingbird spirit is the opposite of getting caught in the routine and mundane activities of everyday life.
DAILY ORACLE CARD
III | THE EMPRESS

The Empress depicts a woman sitting on a throne. From the abundant nature that surrounds her, we can assume that this woman represents the Earth Mother archetype, a goddess of fertility. Her world is ruled by venus which means that there is complete love, harmony, fertility and luxury by the grace of this goddess. The woman herself has blonde hair crowned with stars, signaling her divine connection with the mystical realm. She is dressed in a pomegranate-patterned robe that represents fertility, and she is seated on cushions embroidered with a venus sign. She is surrounded by an enchanting green forest with a river streaming through it. The Empress brings abundance and blessings in the readings of those she meets.
The Empress shows us how deeply we are embedded to our femininity. Femininity could be associated with fertility, expression, creativity and nurturing among many other aspects. It therefore calls you to connect with beauty and bring happiness to your life. Understand yourself and get in touch with your sensuality so that you can attract life circumstances to bring happiness and joy. She is a signal that be kind to yourself, to take care of yourself.

DECEMBER 2022 LUNAR CALENDAR

FRI DECEMBER 23rd: New Moon in Capricorn. You might have a strong need for being useful to society and you look for justification in the outside world. You may underestimate what you want from yourself and for yourself. Shyness may be accompanied by resentment of the fact that others ignore you. Do not seek approval from the outside, it will not help you get rid of your doubt and it is harmful to you. You have to trust your inner values.
THU – FRI DECEMBER 29-30th: First Quarter Moon in Aries. The feeling of uncertainty can make you solve problems faster than is natural. Do not rush as if there was a deadline. Try to slow down so that you can decide what you want to do and proceed at your own comfortable pace.
DECEMBER 2022 ASTROLOGICAL CALENDAR

On the 20th, Jupiter enters Aries. Jupiter first entered Aries on May 10th, but after turning retrograde on July 28th, it returned to Pisces on October 28th. Now, Jupiter re-enters Aries, where it will stay until May 16th, 2023. This transit encourages us to embrace our enterprising spirit and independence.
With Jupiter in Aries, we make our own opportunities, and we thrive when we take the lead, initiate, inspire others, and demonstrate enthusiasm and courage. Prosperous areas are ones that allow us to head and lead, and to innovate. Faith in ourselves can bring about positive circumstances or good luck.
Faith in our ability to reinvent our lives and to move forward with confidence in spite of challenges we may be leaving behind is strong during this cycle. We believe that “life is what you make it,” and we enjoy competition as it pushes us to do better. Our belief in ourselves brings a spirit of the pioneer. We live in the “now” and quickly seize opportunities. However, we should watch for taking any of these things too far, a me-first attitude that can be insensitive, failing to consider others’ viewpoints and leaving opportunities behind as a result, over-confidence, not learning from past mistakes, and a lack of objectivity.
Chiron turns direct on December 23rd after retrograde motion since July 19th. Emotional truths about matters we’ve been avoiding or confused about begin to emerge now and in the coming weeks. While not always comfortable revelations, they can serve to motivate us to take appropriate action.
Also on December 23rd, the New Moon occurs in the sign of Capricorn, stirring a new beginning. We recognize that having some boundaries and rules in place frees us up to enjoy ourselves as we meet our responsibilities. This lunation offers us the opportunity to set practical, attainable goals and work on developing maturity, self-discipline, and common sense. We’re prompted to consider and prepare for the future.
Jupiter forms a semi-square Uranus on December 23rd. This is the final of three transits, with the other two perfections on May 11th and September 28th. This transit is a minor but longer-term aspect. We can feel a little restless, wanting to grow, improve, and innovate, but we’re not necessarily focused. We could find it difficult to agree with others, or it’s hard to find common ground. We need to be willing to make changes in our lives now, or change will come in perhaps unwanted forms. This is a rebellious, restless influence, and we should avoid random moves. It’s best to tap into areas that may need some attention and improvement. We might open ourselves up to new ways of thinking, but we could also too easily avoid taking responsibility for things that truly matter. While watching for impractical ventures and unusual tangents with weak staying power, we should connect with our desire to innovate.
On December 29th, Mercury turns retrograde in the sign of Capricorn, and it will continue its retrograde journey until January 18th. Some delays or information clogs are possible. With Mercury retrograde in Capricorn for the whole cycle, we may have little tolerance for small talk and tend to express ourselves after much deliberation. Plans may be considered then reconsidered. We are in a good position to reevaluate professional or life path plans and goals. It’s also a fine time to explore what ambition or our reputation means to us.
