Even though charm may be shown on the surface, there may still be some simmering resentments or disappointments. Recognition and appreciation for the efforts of others should go a long way towards helping the healing process along. Building consensus can sometimes be considered a fruitless enterprise but in this environment, it is extremely important to future progress. The Mars-Neptune and Moon-Pluto oppositions provide a wealth of opportunities for creative solutions and expanded awareness. However, such opportunities must be consciously pursued and embraced.
