We continue to find ourselves needing to operate outside of our comfort zone today and possibly feeling quite inadequate to the tasks we face. Nonetheless, the pressure is not unmanageable if we can stay focused on the opportunities for creative solutions and avoid getting bogged down in ego-based personality clashes and all of the ins-and-outs about just who is right about what. The pressure to proceed with haste may seem quite overwhelming but there is just no blunt force tool available to smash through the challenges here. There is a distinct need to make adjustments deliberately. We’re turning into something like a blind corner, and won’t be able to see far enough ahead to adapt all at once.
