Action planet Mars enters Leo today, making it an ideal time to pursue what we love. You may feel as though the path you’ve been on doesn’t align with what your heart wants, which means that the direction of your life may be changing until Mars enters Virgo on July 29. (That will be a time when you can use your intellect to lean into your desires). There is a sense of pride that you have when fighting for your dreams because you’ll only want to pursue and fight for what you love. Your ego and pride will usher you toward attaining status, winning, and going for the gold.
The only drawback to this transit is that while fighting for what we want, it will be hard to see another perspective on the matter. The vision you want to attain is all that you’ll allow in your sight, and you’ll do whatever it takes to get it even if it means sabotaging others (something you may not even feel guilty about). This is a rare case. Mostly, because the desire to showboat and gloat is high, you’ll want accolades and props for helping others. You could brag about how wonderful you are even though you simply did the right thing. However, it will be for a good cause.
There may be some pain or missteps in our attempts to clarify our individual perspective today. The Cancer Moon suggests some emotional vulnerability. Mars leaves sensitive Cancer for bold Leo today. Mars has been subdued in Cancer and will eventually bolster our confidence to act bravely and directly, once established in Leo. However, today’s cusp influence suggests that Mars will initially produce some ego vulnerability, keeping our personal expression on an unsteady footing that shows how vulnerable our egos really are. Although there may be some opportunities to share our perspective, we are likely to feel some reticence to really open up honestly. The fear of rejection raises the stakes in opening up to others. Nonetheless, staying with the process, despite the pain, we will begin to find increasing satisfaction in building deeper and more honest connections with others.
