Astrologer’s Note: Sorry for my absence this week. Diagnosed with Covid on Tuesday, but recovery has been rather fast, thanks to the fast actions of local medical professionals. Enjoy today’s column!
After we get through the tense aspect that forms between the Aries moon and Pluto in Capricorn this morning, today can bring great news and wonderful outcomes If we’re ready, the opening square between the two can push us toward growth and change.
Later, the Aries moon forms an awesome sextile with Jupiter in Aquarius, sparking a jovial spirit and sense of abundance. There is a refreshing enthusiasm that emphasizes looking at the bigger picture when it comes to life’s major questions. It seems as though you can achieve anything, and there’s plenty to accomplish as you embrace the feeling of inner calm.
Love takes the lead in the evening because these planets make us feel romantic. The cosmic energy clears up a lot of the drama and shadow after a very intense month. You’ve learned a lot about what you want and what you deserve when partnering with people. Jupiter’s harmonious aspect with the moon is a testament to how much you have to offer the world, as well as how you need to put your needs above all the rest in turn.
This is a time when matters of the home and family come to the forefront of your heart because you are willing and wanting to connect with those you care about on a deep level. Spend time at home tonight doing things that allow your heart and spirit to grow. This evening, cook a nice dinner and play some favorite music to set a nostalgic mood.
Venus has arrived in vivacious Gemini but the Moon’s square to Pluto during the early part of the day may make the transition feel a bit bumpy. Nonetheless, optimism grows throughout the day as we clear the early hurdles. By the time the Moon arrives in Taurus at 4:46 PM PDT, we’re especially interested in moving conversations forward with ideas for making tangible progress. However, we should be cautious about exaggerating our capabilities and acknowledge the potential for future stumbling blocks that we will need to overcome. The waning Moon is giving us few clues about the next turn we will make under Tuesday’s Taurus New Moon (11:59 AM PDT 21° Taurus).

Oracle Message: Dot the is and cross the ts. Go on, do it, do it now..
Boredom, and the 4 of Cups, can be perceived from two angles – that you don’t have enough or nothing to do, or that you have sailed through your work with so much ease that are simply not challenged enough by it. That’s an interesting idea and thought and not one commonly suggested. All eyes are usually on the single standing cup that is just out of eye sight….
The danger lies today in being forgetful, thinking you have covered all your tasks, finishing early, slacking off, playing a computer game, going shopping and then realising too late that you missed something very important. Or finding out the hard way – by your boss, your partner, the nipper you forgot to pick up from soccer practice or the phone company about to disconnect your service.
There’s a muckiness in the air today and it can catch you out. Make sure you double check everything and then check it again. If you think you covered all bases, go over them one more time. I would hate for you to be vegging out in front of the TV only to discover your error too late.
