SATURDAY, 1/30/2021: Saturn is approaching a determined sextile to Chiron, which we feel today through recognizing the need for balance. Our ability to persevere is bolstered through recognizing the value of different perspectives. That is, rather than rejecting differences, we find extra determination to better understand how those perspectives have been developed. Saturn’s sextile to Chiron can inform and assist us in understanding the lessons from the developing, extended Saturn-Uranus conjunction. Our success in navigating this long-term aspect will require both perseverance and expanded awareness — awareness that can only be made manifest by a willingness to honor differences and the perspectives of others. Today begins to tangibly lay the groundwork for this year’s overarching lessons.

SUNDAY, 1/31/2021: Mercury stations to go retrograde today in an atmosphere that is full of potential but, although we may see the signs of dramatic changes, we aren’t quite ready to fully implement our individual vision — whether we think we are or not. Ideas arrive quickly like flashes of lightning but may disappear just a quickly. Although today’s Virgo Moon may help us to keep track of the details, the lightning-like insights demand a great deal more organizational ability than seems to be available. As well, any attempts to put this lightning in a bottle may stem the flow of ideas and inspiration. We are likely to be more successful by allowing the flow to proceed and trust that the process will lead us back to what is most important.
