SATURDAY, 12/19/2020: Jupiter joins Saturn in Aquarius and the stage is set for the precipitous Winter Solstice next Monday when the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction completes and Mars squares Pluto for the third time. The Mars-Pluto square is stirring the pot for major changes in how we move forward. However, today is not a break out day. We are wise to charge our battery, pause, and reflect today. Mercury reaches the superior conjunction with the Sun, helping us to begin to pull together bits of important information into meaningful patterns. Taking some time to allow this to sink in is definitely time well spent. There are new ideas to be processed and new frameworks to be understood. We need to carefully gauge the situation and circumstances from the broadest possible perspective thus, there is ample reason to take time today to consider.

SUNDAY, 12/20/2020: It isn’t easy to maintain our balance today. The Venus-Uranus quincunx has us feeling unsteady when dealing with others. We may also find that our loyalties pull us in opposing directions. Although innovation may be on the horizon, we may not feel the courage to take any risks on any new approaches. Mercury arrives in conservative Capricorn this afternoon, which further restricts our inclination to think outside of the box. An increasing sense of responsibility has us treading very carefully. There is likely to at least be an intuitive sense that we are in new territory but we also feel that we must take care to understand how to deal with this new environment before we try out our budding new ideas.
