SATURDAY, 12/12/2020: There is an overwhelming desire for withdrawal or retreat today. It is likely that we are not withdrawing out of pain but rather in a search for rest and reflection. Some may feel disillusioned but we can now begin preparations for next Monday’s New Moon (8:16 AM PST 23° Sagittarius). Although we are in a waning lunar cycle, there is some sense of completion in terms of our preparation for a fresh start — a new beginning. The rest we may be craving is following the intense purging that we have moved through this week. The next lunar cycle will help us draw conclusions and begin a restructuring process. In essence, today presents us with the opportunity for some cocooning.

SUNDAY, 12/13/2020: Today seems to offer a myriad of opportunities but our ability to decide — choose the right path — may be hindered. Mercury’s overnight square to Neptune has us starting the day a bit hazy, especially on the details. Nonetheless, as we move through the day, the activity steps up and we are likely to begin to see a clear path forward. Determination is strong once Mercury moves out of the square to Neptune and begins to form a trine to Mars which completes just after tomorrow morning’s New Moon (8:16 AM PST 23° Sagittarius). While we may feel increasing burdens and the weight of our responsibilities, there does seem to be enough focus and energy to prepare to begin in some manner or another.
