We may be able to marshal resources to support new directions and (possibly) new leaders today. However, the afternoon’s void-of-course Moon, from 12:29 PM PDT until 6:06 PM PDT, sets up an emotionally unsettled and restless atmosphere. The Moon’s morning oppositions to Jupiter and Pluto may leave us somewhat stirred up. Nonetheless, awareness is broadened and we will begin to find platforms for important new initiatives, ideas, and agendas, presented in fresh and exciting ways.

Today also brings dramatic developments as the moon moves through Leo. The Leo moon reaches first quarter phase, bringing a change in direction. The energy is ramping up as we move to the Scorpio full moon.

Leo is a fixed fire sign that rules the ego, among other things. Taurus is often considered to be stubborn in nature. But as the moon squares the sun, check-in with yourself about how you truly feel. Drop the ego, the mask, and whatever prevents you from sharing and receiving the love and connection you desire.
