 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SAGITTARIUS!

The Sun’s arrival in Sagittarius today opens the doors — ready or not. Today’s Libra Moon and the forming Venus-Jupiter conjunction (which completes early Sunday morning) lead us to look for interaction and the sharing of ideas. We need to talk things through in order to get off the fence, make decisions and take direct action. In truth, there is less on the table to be decided than we may actually believe. But it is only by inviting input and looking for consensus that we can understand what is actually left to be decided. There is likely to be more agreement and cooperation than we had realized. The resulting optimism from such recognition will serve to encourage further progress. Tonight’s Libra moon aspects imaginative Neptune, and there are fun discoveries in store. You could be pleasantly surprised. With Neptune, planet of fate, luck, and serendipity, déjà vu isn’t out of the picture either.

For everyone, the early degree of the sign of the Archer is enlightening for those who dare to be curious and ready and eager to learn “whatever,” as in anything and everything that strikes your fancy, especially if it’s new.

Our focus shifts from the need for an intimate connection with a person, project, or ourselves, to the desire to reach out to the world and connect with something larger than ourselves. While the Sun moves through the fiery, mutable sign of Sagittarius, we can take steps to increase our understanding and awareness of the world around us. We are more able to muster up the courage to expand our horizons and branch out into new ways of thinking. We can gain more confidence and optimism by focusing on the “big picture” as we move away from our focus on the details of mundane existence. Although we may be prone to overdoing our expectations, we have the opportunity to nurture our faith, hope, and vision during this cycle. The Moon spends the day in relationship-centered, gracious, and fair Libra.
