Optimism is stirred today and the Moon’s arrival in Aries provides an extra boost of energy. The Moon’s early morning conjunction with Chiron provides extra support to relate honestly and meaningfully with others, which is carried into this evening’s lovely Moon-Venus trine. The Sun’s inspirational trine to Neptune feeds into the overall feeling of abundance and goodwill in today’s atmosphere. If we have managed to keep our friendships and alliances intact over the course of this week, today offers a watershed of rewards. Even if things seem to be in tatters in some way or another, we are offered a promising environment for mending fences and clearing the air.

We’ve had Pluto transiting Capricorn since 2008 and Pluto will continue moving through the sign until 2024. Saturn will meet with Pluto exactly in 2020 and then move into Aquarius before Pluto finishes its transit of Capricorn. Whereas Pluto seeks increased power and control through our undertakings, career, and reputation or status, Saturn seeks perfection, increased performance, and proof that we’re worth something. Saturn attempts to clean up some of the excesses or obsessions of Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto tears down, Saturn builds, and in this sense, it’s a powerful combination.
