The New Moon tomorrow brings a new round of uncertainty as it lands in a tight quincunx [1] with Uranus. Last month’s lessons of self-esteem and self-approval are given one last test for the year. Did you learn it or ignore it? You’ll know if this same lesson returns under a different guise later. Don’t allow for defensiveness to emerge in the face of our uncertainty. We may feel off-balance and experience a need to defend ourselves for no obvious reason. Not every misstep or mistake needs to be defended. It’s not “wrong.” It simply is what it is.

There are powerful and extraordinary support structures in place that will go a long way toward helping us feel stable even when the need for defensive responses overwhelms us. Later in the day, there’s a Moon-Venus conjunction in Virgo that seems to want answers NOW, even if we have no idea what’s what. Don’t fall for it. Sort and analyze all the information and refrain from making snap decisions and judgments. Wait to make any decision until later in the day when things begin to sort themselves out. A decision made in haste will be a decision made in waste.
