After a tumultuous day yesterday, today feels like our brakes are no longer working and we find ourselves hurtling forward whether we want to or not. But who’s driving? You are challenged to not only steer, but instinctively know the course while maintaining a balance between creativity and practical, tangible action.

We are immensely powerful when we have faith in and believe in ourselves. Self-confidence is crucial here because if you falter, everything comes to a stop. Maintain your discipline and focus and avoid impulsive actions.

Mars acts with its usual forcefulness as it squares Jupiter, the planet of insight through knowledge. This pairing is not afraid of taking risks and may urge us to act carelessly and impulsively both before and after Friday’s Full Harvest Moon. This energy will impact us for the next four days. This holds especially true for the fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) who already have a bit of that impulsivity built into their nature.

As Moon dances gracefully into Pisces, it will sextile spontaneous and high-spirited Uranus. This is the time to totally trust your instincts and insights. Intuition is highlighted.

FULL HARVEST MOON IN PISCES: The Moon loves being in a water sign – it feels as if it has “come home” in a sense, and certainly, we can all feel a sense of nourishing and tenderness over this sensitive Full Moon. Emotions may be quite big, as water signs tend to already carry within them greater emotional attunement than any other element, and it will be important for us to be with the feelings that come up in a gentle, compassionate and kind way. It’s equally important that we don’t react, allow overwhelm to drown us, or try and run away, or numb our emotions. If we do, we will be obscuring the most powerful tool we have – our intuition.

We are also asked to find healing and balance as the Sun in Virgo offers practical solutions to bad habits that we may have been carrying for some time and are now ready to release. All Full Moons offer the opportunity to let go – and here, the door is open.
